From now on, a deposit will be needed whenever you rebook, whether that’s with us in clinic or over the phone.
There’s nothing to sort out on the spot. Once your booking is made, we’ll send a secure link straight to you, so you can complete your deposit in your own time and with just a few taps. And your deposit isn’t an extra charge. It simply comes off the total of your treatment, so you’ll settle the remaining balance at your appointment as usual.
We completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to shift. If you ever need to cancel or move your appointment, we just ask that you let us know at least 48 hours beforehand.
When enough notice is given, your deposit will simply carry across to your next visit, with nothing lost and nothing wasted. That little window also means we can offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting, which keeps the diary moving smoothly for everyone.
