What are your hours?

How do I schedule an appointment?
We are an appointment only spa. The best way to book an appointment is online as we are regularly in treatment rooms taking care of our clients. If you need to get in touch with us, feel free to leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we are available!

What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve our time specifically for you. If you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice or a 25% service fee will be charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
To make sure you are in a calm space ready for relaxation, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary forms and information.

What happens if I arrive late?
We will try our best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your treatment out of consideration for anyone who has booked an appointment immediately after yours.

Should I shave before the facial?
For a gentleman’s facial, we recommend to shave two hours before your treatment.

Where should I park?
There are several travel options to get to Bella’s Skin Care Centre, and parking is limited.
