Meet the Bella’s Team: Ell

This month, we are thrilled to introduce you to the lovely Ell!  Learn all about her career in beauty and her passion for transforming skin with her dedicated clients. 

Tell us a bit about yourself! How long have you been in the beauty industry?
Working in the beauty industry is my passion, I love making people feel good and look good.  My colleagues and clients would say I am humble and caring and give 100% to every treatment no matter how big or small.

After completing my Diploma in Beauty and being awarded Student of the Year award, I entered the industry working in a lovely day spa in the Perth Hills for 3 years until joining Bella’s in 2015 when our family bought the salon.  For the past 3 years I have been very fortunate in being able work in a lovely environment with other passionate Therapists and meet so many wonderful clients which puts a smile on my face every day.  I love working in a boutique salon where I can personalise every treatment for my clients, and take pride in ensuring every client leaves our salon 100% happy with their particular treatment on the day whether that be a customised facial, relaxation massage or eyebrow wax and tint.  I love to learn new skills in an ever changing industry and always keep up to date with new trends.  I have trained and am proficient in IPL skin rejuvenation and hair removal, skin needling, henna brow treatments and lash lifting. I also perform an amazing facial treatment with attention to client concerns and skin health combined with massage and relaxation.  I have a passion for waxing and always guarantee my clients a gentle and pain free experience every time.  I love all aspects of beauty including relaxation and hot stone massage. I just love to make all my clients feel and look amazing.

What is your favourite treatment to have done at Bella’s?
My favourite treatments at Bella’s would have to be skin needling, relaxation massage and of course waxing!

What keeps clients coming back to Bella’s?
I think, besides personalised service and friendly, caring atmosphere at Bella’s our clients appreciate the quality of their treatments and the respect shown by our Therapists.  Every service, no matter how big or small will always be performed with the utmost care and respect and according to the clients wishes.

When you’re not working, what are your favourite things to do to unwind?When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my friends and family who are very important to me.

What is your number one beauty tip?
My number one beauty tip is to look after your skin, you will wear it for your whole life!  Treat it with the best products and treatments within your budget and use an SPF every single day without fail.
